CCC is not turning on.

Hi, I've tried to install newest drivers (CCC 9.10) for my mobility Radeon HD 3650. But I've got a problem, after the installation, Catalyst Control Center is not turning on, i tried to turn it in through right mouse button menu and start menu but it's not working. Whta to do?

You need to deinstall the complete ATI driver package and reinstall it then reboot. I have seen this happen a few times.
