Cab Cleaner 2.0

Hello, I have a carious question on cab cleaner. Before I cab clean my driver.cab and sp1.cab, my driver.cab was 73.1 MB and sp1.cab was 9.83 MB. After using the cab cleaner, driver.cab went to 117 MB witch is bigger then before, I thought it would be smaller. Sp1.cab when to 8.60 MB witch I can see understandable. So my guess is that maybe the driver.cab was compressed more before the clean and cab cleaner doesn't compress it as much witch is not problem just carious why it gets bigger.

I'm pretty sure that its just the level of compression used. the higher the compression is, the longer it will take to compress.

Yep it is the compression. I think that because the file is so big it will not compress it small. I think MS uses another tool to compress it like that. I can't fix it, but i am still looking for how ms did it.

I think that because the file is so big it will not compress it small. I think MS uses another tool to compress it like that.
