How to report Driver Cleaner Problems.

Mail me a detailed problem description.

Put in the subject at least Driver Cleaner

Also include:
- Motherboard type and manufacturer.
- Motherboard Chipset
- Type of videocard / soundcard.
- Old driver you had installed and new driver you installed or want to install

All these details are needed.

Hey y'all
just joined and it looks like a great site. Something I've been looking for.

One problem: when I click the link to dl Drive Cleaner, all I get is a blank screen. It takes me to driverheaven.net and then it's completely blank.

Driver cleaner crashes when I run Cab cleaner\driver.cab
SP1 & SP2.cab work normally when run in cab cleaner

Mobo: DFI KM400-MLV Rev B
Chipset: North bridge: VIA® KM400 - South bridge: VIA®VT8237
Video: GeForce 4 MX440 Sound: Realtek AC97
Old Driver: Nvidia 77.72 New Driver: Nvidia 77.77

I found that if you run drive cleaner previous to unistalling the CCC it can make CCC hard to reinstall. It states that the MSI in the isntaller folder is missing and will not let you reinstall even new ones. The only fix i have found is trying multiple times and multiple reboots before it finally gets reinstalled to unistall.

dailyus that is wierd, because it will not mess with that msi file. Do you have anymore data?
