Tune XP Final

Having boot problem....pls help
installed tune xp final 1.0 2 weeks ago. last 2 days boot up get stuck on "installing or loading windows xp blue screen" for about 15 minutes!! I think I f@#ked up when I closed my pc with "Rearranging Boot Files" still running. I have run Rearranging again and have been stuck on "cleaning up" window for 2 hours now!
