Soundstorm control panel problem

Just like the title says, i have a soundstorm control panel problem. In short, i can't open it. Win XP gives me an error every time. I didn't notice this before I used tuneXP. You guys think this might be related? Should I reformat and start from scratch. The box is brand new so there isn't very much stuff on there.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
