I don't currently have a Radeon card to check myself, but if the default value is set at 96 then it's probably a data mismatch and should be 60. (60HEX=96DEC) If left at 96 the threshold would make TAA disabled in most situations, so change it to 60 or so whenever you plan to use TAA.

How about setting it to 0? Will it enable TAA despite the framerate?

Yes, a value of 0 would enable the TAA effect at all framerates. But if the game framerate would then dip very low then you would get very strong flickering of the antialiased edges.

Btw I'm now back on a Radeon card and the value is 96 by default in the latest Omegas. Probably just a mixup between hexadecimal and decimal numericals.
