Can't boot after cleaning all nvidia files with DCPE

I recently installed Driver Cleaner PE and cleaned all the nvidia files (version 6.35) (nvidia chipset, audio, wdm etc.).
Now I rebooted but from now on I can't get into my windows anymore.
I get random reboots, the monitor gives me black screen and it's rebooting over and over again.
Well, I thought, let's try the recently settings that used to work before (in boot menu)...but still i get the random reboots.
Also if i want to boot in safe mode, I still get the random reboots.

Now I am really frustrated!
Anyone experienced the same issues after cleaning all the nvidia files with DCPE?
Is there somehowe a way to repair this or do I really have to reinstall?

I use Windows XP sp2 (dutch)
Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
AMD64 3500+ CPU
2x Hitachi Deskstar 7K160 (raid 0)
2x 512MB Corsair 3200XL

I hope to get any response soon because format c: will be executed soon

What you can do is put the windows cd in by startup and select repair then.

Did you uninstall all the nvidia things first in windows? did you use the nforce cleaning in safe mode?

Can you give a link where i can find those drivers, then i can check the cleaning file.

Nope. First I used DC and after I did the uninstall in the software panel.
Also, i didn't use the cleaning in safe mode.
I guess it was my own fault!
I used the 6.31 drivers but don't know the link, since they came on my Asus A8N motherboard installation cd.

A friend of mine told me that it's possible that I also deleted my RAID drivers (also from Nvidia) so that would explain why I can't boot into windows anymore.
although the Raid array ( Nvidia Stripe) is healthy at start-up....

Maybe I could try to copy the RAID drivers manually with recovery console manually into c:\windows\system32\drivers ?????

But do I I also have to recover the registry that may have been corrupted ????

the registry is ok, you can indeed try to copy the raid drivers into the system32 folder.

I will look to find the drivers. If you got them on your cd then it is possible that they are also on the asus site.

Hi. This week I've mostly been building my new MSI Neo2 Platinum, AMD 64 3500+, 1GB Corsair TwinX-XL, 6800GT dream machine. Unfortunately last night I hit this very problem. Three times. Fortunately I've not yet got the system built 'just so' so scrapping it and starting again hasn't been a problem. But I'm becoming wary of DCPro - Is there any way of limiting it's powers when removing nForce chipset drivers? As it does seem to be zapping the raid drivers or something terminal. Or is just installing the new nForce drivers over the top of the old ones acceptable (5.10 over 5.03)? Or should I just stick with 5.03 and be happy?

kaiserb_uk i am aware of the problem that it deletes the raid drivers also, but that will be fixed with the next version. The raid driver is now removed from the cleaning file and put into a new seperate cleaning file.
