Cleaned ATI drivers, now cant install drivers
Hey, first off drivercleaner is great, i've used it on many systems
![]() Anyways I got this laptop in and the video was strange, so i uninstalled the video drivers from add/remove programs (btw it's a mobility ATI) rebooted in safe mode, cleaned the cabs, removed all ATI, rebooted. I noticed ti didnt pop up with Standard VGA or the default drivers, but i ran the ATI installer and it said "could not find INF" and wont install. I had this problem once before, just kept messing with stuff and it finally worked, but not this time. In device manager there is no video adapter shown, It wont let me install anything so i'm kinda at a loss on what to try next. I am 99.9% sure i followed the readme to a T. Thanx for the help. |

standard (unmodded) ATI drivers will not install on a mobile Radeon. You wither need OmegaDrivers or use Mobility Modder
