DH Mobility Modder for Acer ??!!

I`ve got a problem with my Acer Aspire 1694wlmi !!
I`ve downloaded the latest drivers (Ati Catalyst 5.11) , installed it ... then dl the Mobility Modder , but when I start it it gives me this error :
"Component 'Richtx32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered , a file is missing or invalid "
and then I can`t do anything but to press OK and the program closes !!!
How can I fix that ?
