x700 mobility black border around 800x600

After upgrading from the mobility drivers 5.10 to the 5.11 with this tool all my games are now running fine, but with a black border around them when i run them in resolutions lower than my screen resolution.

Is there a fix for this, im surprised everyone else doesn't get this problem.

Check to see if you have set the driver to scale the image.
