Drivercleaner necessary if you have a 3rd party uninstaller program?

I use Your Uninstaller! and it removes all traces of installed programs, including the stuff Add/remove programs misses. Specifically ATI drivers+CCC.

Does this mean Drivercleaner isnt needed then? There must be other 3rd party programs that do the same so perhaps someone would know.

What program do you use to uninstall or what uninstaller do you mean?

I always recommend running Driver Cleaner, it is easy to use and is done very quickly.

I use this in the place of Add/Remove programs, but I'm wondering if it has the benefit of doing driver cleaners job for ATI drivers.

Easy way to check is to use your unistaller to remove drivers and then running Drivercleaner. If drivercleaner finds anything it means your unistaller didnt do a good enough job
