You gotta figure out where that noise is coming from, so it's not there to begin with..... removing it after the fact is to destructive to what you want to keep (I.E. the guitar parts)

I'm not very organized at the moment as I would class this recording still as a prototype recording. Atm I have a professional mic just hooked up to the mic channel on the PC only using Windows Sound Recorder. Upgrades will be to move from integrated recording to X-Fi by Creative. I've used it before and for my needs I have found their packages pretty good for a short while. That is if anything happens to become of my music creatively.

I'd recommend either finding or investing in a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable and a 6.5mm to 3.5mm adapter, Plug the adapter into your guitar and plug the cable into the adapter.

Then hook up the other end of the cable into your Mic jack, boom, instant guitar recording with zero 60hz buzz or background noise. And yes i play guitar myself and use this setup all the time; it's cheap and effective

And btw to be perfectly honest i stopped watching the video after 3 seconds, Boring.

Don't get me wrong Frankie... I listened to the first minute or two.Now it may just go to a select audience but i had to switch off early..

It may just be me,It hurt my ears to be honest..
