In haste she bore only her desire
to stand before him at the fire

glowing red her body warmed by the flame
from anticipation, only his lust remained

Sabine maiden with emerald eyes
subdued the warrior with naked thighs

through her garden he knows he must
bury his sword with one deep thrust

rapture and joy their body intertwined
visions of heaven fill their minds

till the fire grows colder and the coming light
reveal the lovers on this autumn night
