Things unsettling
unfinished, unstarted, the path not explored
Chances stare me in the face, blank I stare back
Can't try, can't chance it, locked in
I consider myself an explorer,
I like to try things, check things out..
Can't help but be unhappy locked down four years now
Two paths I can take, both obvious and both all too blatent
Any time now..Take six steps and a short drive and leave it all behind with a simple note..call..
They all say go for it,
cheering along the way.
Looks right, right?
Half says go, half says no.
Split decision, fighting with myself
Can't express what's going on, unless I decide
Two years now the decision stared me in the face..
Three times tried, three times failed.
Good sign? Bad? Can't know until you try..
It's about time to take the leap of faith and plunge into the dark
gasp thin air and cry out aloud
thats the way it has to be, or thats the way it will eventually turn to
Only choice remains when..

I need to go, need to take off.
I KNOW.
The pain is too great and as time goes on it grows.
I see chance by chance, path by path, pass by with a smile and understanding nod..
People can't wait forever, can I?? No.
Gotta go..Gotta move on.

Very emotive. You might want to ease off on the drinking though for your own sake.
