Then I make a mistake

and it all went away

Then I felt my heart break

I can't go back in time

and fix what I said

I hate myself now

and that scorches me

I can't get over this

the mistake that I made

Was dating for a few months, good relationship going. Then she came over one day and she seemed completely not interested in me, and basically ignoring me. So I started to figure she wasn't much interested in me anymore, so I gave her a little time to herself to see if that helped, which of course it didn't. Then one night we were talking and we started to argue over stupid things, we both said things we didn't mean etc. etc. Well one of her friends came online and started telling me all this stuff, that she was going to break up with me and that she didn't like me and she was already looking for another guy, and to top it all off she was starting to like my best friend! So I'd had enough and I called her and I told her it wasn't working out and we shouldn't see each other anymore, and she was really hurt which surprised me considering she was going to dump me.

Found out the next day that the friend had a crush on me and wanted me and the girl broken up. So boy did I make a mistake, tried to fix it by writing her this, and she said she'd call back when she wasn't angry anymore, which was 1 week ago, so we'll see

dude, you're young. you're barely even in high school dude. Girls will come and go. Just recently, my girl and i of a 1 1/2yrs. broke up and it was painful. It was totally my fault too. To top it off, i see her almost everyday still cuz we work next door to each other. All i can say, is that worst comes to worse, move on. You can't control the things around you that are uncontrollable. You may have an impact on them, but still cannot have control over them. It sux man, but you gotta deal with the pain

I just broke up with my gf.. did a really stupid thing though, promised her i wouldnt "do" stuff with other girls for a couple of weeks.. took me 4 days to break that promise.

Nice poem man... I onced messed up SOOOOOOOO bad with a girl I'm just not ever looking at relationship's again... I messed up really really really bad! I killed myself in the process and hurt her quite a bit from what I heard... And it's been over a year but MAN does it hurt... Seriously, first try went so wrong

well that's the beauty about it, sandok. u learn from ur past mistakes as much as they hurt and u try not to repeat it when someone else comes along. but i understand how u feel, i felt the same way myself when i broke up a "one way" friendship with a girl i really like or i thought i did. but i learnt a lot about myself and as well her, so i'm going to take this time to learn and put a lot of things in perspective and make myself a better person... what is done is done, i say...
