This is a dream I recently had (Warning freaky, PG13-R)

We begin in a leased house, two female roommates are arguing with there landlord. It is a very small issue that the landlord should not be having with them; however he continues to disallow what they want. Finally one of the roommates’ snaps, the landlord to him becomes a lion and she begins to kill it by punching it in the head repeatedly, as the lion dies a dove flies overhead and disappears. Fade to black as she passes out. Waking up at the hospital, a nurse is fixing an iv, while a woman and an infant walks by the infant suddenly begins crying. Next she is walking around the psychiatric ward asking nurses and others what she did to be there. One person attacks her verbally, and physically, pulling at her gown. The doctor breaks it up and returns to his office, immediately the doctor runs from his office, wet from what seems to be rain, looking through the door rain can be seen.

Our main character is released from the hospital and walks home, everywhere she looks people are keeping there distance. Her roommate is waiting outside the house with a bottle of vodka and two sleeping bags. They stay up late drinking and being boisterous, until the fall asleep under the stars.

In the morning a newspaper slides by showing “Hundreds Dead, More Expected” as the headline. Red storm clouds approach and it begins to rain an acidic rain that you can hear the leather of your jacket burning. Our main character runs to a nearby river and waterfall and jumps into the piranha infested waters, at which point she attempts to remove her jacket which seems to be one with her skin. Once free of the jacket the piranhas begin ripping her flesh off. (At this point I woke up)

NOTE: a little bit of literary license was taken with this to connect things. (very very little, is true to the feeling I had at the end)

Creepy ehh?

if you could illustrate each element in your story it would be even more interesting, sort of like tiny snapshots of the thought or idea...you know, like a comic or a movie...this reminds me of the style by the fellow that did the movie the village
I think his name was Mnight Shamalon or something...but it could be effective, with sort of a dazed or drugged flavor on the part of the editor....lol
no really, it could be turned into something.
you of course saw the movie with big bootie J-low in it right...well, think of each little element edited to produce one idea...
I suggest watching japanese cartoons or commericals...they are highly evocative and contain elements similiar to a Fellini movie.....in fact....check out some Fellini movies or even some old Kurasawa movies....very very good. Clinton Terrantino and Clint Eastwood all suggest that Fellini, and some japanese directors were very very influential, as well Orson Wells...but I digress....

The thing is I am not a write/artist/anything artistic. I am a loley engineering student.

I only was able to write this down due to notes I took directly after waking, and the impression it made. However I do agree that making it into a comic book would be possible and cool, with a lot more literary license, since my actual account is kindof sparse.

many of my poems come from dreams...I think Artemis Mouse and Drakon do as well, try your hand at poetry..
