A tag is pretty much just a display of how much you can whore ever effect in photoshop depending on which forum you go on ;p
National Sig League (NSL) for instance encourages it's members to download TRILLIONS of Abstract Cinema4D Renders, Stocks and brushes and whore em to the max. overall it's just eye candy really, enjoy it lol
