Mousey's Work
I kinda indirectly promised Jeff that i'd put some of my "wiggies" up on the forum, so i'll try to post every available tag, layout and large piece i've done.
Layout 1 (Hosted by DeviantART) This layout took me about 2 hours to complete, i got the inspiration after reading a tutorial, but the final layout of the site was very poorly thought out and there wasn't enough space to add iFrames ect, so i used the techniques and layer styles in the tutorial and made my own. ![]() JosieLee Photography Layout (Hosted by DeviantART) I did this when i was still relatively new to web Layouts, it took me about 20 minutes at the very most because i was in a big rush, i had karate and i was only following a tutorial. ![]() Aqua-Eye (Hosted by DeviantART) At the minute i'm trying to learn how to use illustrator to make some quality vectors like the ones i've seen plastered over DA and i envy. I didn't quite realise how much comment vectors require and i got bored, so i made an eye using a video tutorial in illustrator and went about making random brush strokes, i was fairly impressed with the results especially considering it's one of my first illustrator pieces. ![]() The Devil's Designers (Hosted by DeviantART) This was the result of plenty of wasted time with the Pen Tool in photoshop, i was originally trying to make the M in MDesigns all wavy and abstract but in the end i thought it looked like a devil, so i added some eyes and an evil sounding slogan ![]() Long way to Walk (Hosted by DeviantART) I went through a sort of phase when terragen was my everything so to speak, i spent hours making landscapes, sculpting them and looking for nice camera angles. This is probably one of my best pieces. Pure Terragen, no post-production apart from the border and text.

I started getting into Tags when i was like 12, and i thought exactly the same as you believe it or not
![]() Your best bet is to open Photoshop (if you have it, obv.), open my Tag tutorial, follow it, admire your results and then start to tweak the steps. That's how you learn more, i pick up tips and tricks from tutorials every now and again when i can't be arsed playing around and i work them in whenever i can. |
