"set as wallpapper" if you want to do it the quick fix way...

I'd use "shot" or "screenshot" tags that all for automatic resizing of the images within the forums to fit your screen and allowing for clicking on them...

for some odd reason every time i go to use the thumbs version of imageshacks system.... i get red "x"s

yes they are currently as high as they go..

take a look at dell's 3007WFP monitor.. it's a 30" that runs natively @ 2560x1600 (2x more detail then 1080p/1920x1200)

Running HD3870's in crossfire produces a perfectly solid 60FPS or better results... smooth as holy wow silk.

On wednesday i'll have the funds for a 3850, do you think a single 3850 would produce decent frames?

a single 3850 runs maxed out settings very well @ 1280x800 ... shouldn't see any dips below 60fps..... if your running lower then that resolution... you should be flying!
