watercolour from low res pic

before I gave up trying to hold a watercolour brush for any length of time, I played with PS elements and found some real satisfaction using the artistic tools in the software. This pic was taken several years ago when Liz and I were working in Japan and instead of cleaning up the noise and fiddling with it, I decided to experiement with the artistic tools in the software. I sent it to Liz and she enjoyed it very much so I thought I would post it as well.

The watercolour filter certainly accentuates the Japanese building etc, great picture!
