Its the Cadet Chapel at the USAFA United Air Force Academy and the tallest structure on the hill. It is really beautiful in the morning. I teach students to use software there.

posting pictures of anything that has strategic or tactical value or otherwise marked is usually prohibited without expressed written permission of the Public Affairs Office of DOD bases, but there are exceptions. I took that shot from an overlook specifically for that purpose. I know where I can or cannot take pictures so it isnt a mystery for me.
USAFA is a very public military base, and there is a tourist shop right above the chapel actually and you can take pictures there as well.
