Thanx fellers, its in Norfolk near Kings Lynn, in the UK. It was near the sea till the Dutch drained the land, and now it sits quite a ways inland. Its a fortified Manor house but it is reputed to be haunted, etc.
who knows really.
but it figures well within ancient history of the UK. It has a mixture of Saxon and Norman styles and even some odd celtic carvings within it. It was built on an older Roman site and then perhaps on an even older Celtic or Druid site.
Bloody odd place but ghost hunters swear it is haunted..

its a stones throw from the wash, and I did some photography at Hunstaton, I rather fancy the whole of Norfolk, and a great deal lest boring than Suffolk
