Serbo-Croatian as the US would call it...

It's basically Yugoslavian and Croatian (the same language basically, only Croatians have a more 'sophisticated' accent)

The graphics are nice, although a little trendy. The navigation is awful though, it's hard to find the portfolio without a little effort. As a web designer, you should always have a good, simplistic navigation system in mind when making a site.
