perhaps have the 'rings' coming out all the way to the end just spaced out, to keep the nice focus work

i did actualy think that, i just didn't think about it losing its shape and proportion as an eye with the expansion, so i guess you were right not to do it

i can definately see the eye now, it has a pupil, i thought that was the starting point of the rings
