More Terragen Soon.....
I guess I've taxed my computer just a wee bit too much lately. The last few renders have taken hours......and then, WAM! The computer freaks out and restarts. Ack!!
Not exactly sure just yet what's at the bottom of the trouble.

anytime i've done a render and my system has locked up.. crashed... or simply rebooted.... it's either due to one of the following:
RAM... errors there.... losening the timings helps... CPU... getting a wee bit to hot for it's own liking.... or lastly, Weird internal program error.... or heating in general...

One thing I've noticed is that, for some reason, my USB 2.0 devices are on the same IRQ as my video card. I'm trying to get it setup to leave my video card alone on its own IRQ. Probably take some time and tinkering to get it done.

could be a start..... i've tinkered with my systems PCI slots till i found one that balanced the IRQ sharing....
definitely need your vid card to have it's own IRQ though
