Well, night before last I went out for a nice little swim in Lake MI. I've lived on the lake all my life, so here's some pics of the place I call home

BTW, sorry if they're lower quality than some, but it's a really old digicam.

We've got weird weather right now. It has been in the mid to high 90's with very high humidity. By all accounts it should be thunderstorming, but it's not.

The coolest it's been all week is about 85. Usually this time of year it's mid to high 70's and the lake is too cold to swim in, but right now the lake is around 65 degrees.

i bet that was real cool to see those huge storms we had last week roll in off the lake.

actually now that i think about it, those storms didnt really come in off the lake.

either way, bet its gotta be nice to see it happen when it does.

That it is, but I'm barely at dad's anymore, so I don't get to see them all that often. What's even better than watching them come in is to sit on the lake and be in the storms. Now that's an epic experience. I don't know how well you can tell from the pics, but I'm standing on a 70ft cliff there, so sitting down at the bottom of it with rain pouring down, lightning hitting the lake and 12 ft waves in front of you is quite the experience.

I didn't read your caption about these being Lake MI pictures until after I saw your weather description and thought, "wow he has the same weather as I do."
