First Digital Drawing

(So.. it's my first, i think it's pretty good for a first. Not finished yet obviously - i want to get the hair in so i can finish off the style of the face to suit it (how do you do hair? lol) What do you think? Some proportions are out but hey..

Not anywhere near as dramatic as i wanted, i guess i expected too much too early. Glad i done my first fully digital portrait, i will continue to practice and hopefully get what i want from it soon.

I love drawing using illusttator or scanning my artwork and then manipulating it..

I like it, shows how the power of photoshop, combined with talent can make seriously cool pictures, I hope it comes out well

For photoshop that is an excellent image.

You should look into the possibility of incorporating Poser 5 for your facial work, then doing post processing in Photoshop7.

may do. i tried CS and found the changes to no improvement to the way i use it, so i changed back. I will try CS2 at some point i am sure.

the face is a little distorted but i have to say for a first attempt you couldnt ask for better

as with all your work it progresses really quickly so im looking forward to some more

very very nice. I'm with allan though...perhaps try doing the base work in more of a content oriented program, where as photoshop is more of a process oriented program.

Being that both my grandmothers, as well as my mom are all artists though, I must say for a first attempt you can't do any better then that, even on paper.
