What program was the render made in?

none... made with a new set of abstract brushes i was trying out (the brushes probably stemmed from some render but i don't know what)

it is odd Jon....the use of blue throughout your portfollio.....does it express a mood or are you experimenting with effects...
Like a sort of "inkblot" test..

I just like blue lol... i just think it suit the images better than other colours... although this one could've perhaps been red
