Xigmatek NRP-MC651 PSU Review @ DH

Read The Review Here

We reviewed no less than three high output power supply products from Xigmatek in the past few months all of which were premium products and received glowing reports. Today we will test the performance of a mid-range product from Xigmatek, the NRP-MC651 650W. The NRP-MC651 is sourced from the same range as the MC851 850W which we reviewed not long ago. The unit on test today however is considerably less expensive and meant to compete in the mainstream market. Today we will find out the corners Xigmatek have cut to reduce the price for the different market.

Great review as always Grace and in the lower 80's for regulation considering it's a midrange PSU is decent. On the fan noise again like the MC-851 would bother me.

Using say an I7 setup with a 48xx series or GTX2xx series card chances are you are going to hear fan noise while gaming, etc.
