Read The Review here

Remember, Alienware is part of Dell - they run specials, coupons, and so forth rather often - keep your eyes open...

Lots of companies and institutions have employee discounts available for personal Dell purchases too.

Hey tranvanthien, I'm at my day job at present - but will check on the configuration after I get home this evening for you.

The AW2210 doesn't have speakers, so the audio portion will need an amp and speakers exterior to the monitor itself. I'll get back, unless you get an answer during the day today...

To access the Audio Settings, press the Menu touch control, then the Down arrow touch control to highlight the Audio Settings menu item.

You should then be able to use the Right arrow touch control to highlight the Line Out Source item and select the source of the audio you desire to send out to your audio system, powered speakers, or a computer in order to hear it.

The monitor switches the audio through it, you won't actually be able to hear audio at the monitor itself.

On the CD that came with the monitor is a user's guide that shows pictures of the menus and how to easily select the various items within it.

Re: Alienware OptX AW2210 Monitor and TactX Headset Review @ DH

Hi

Thank you. I've hooked up LCD to my PS3 through HDMI cable, and setting audio out on PS3 through HDMI, so is there sound come out through Audio out or Audio in port on LCD ? I've read the guide already but i didn't know much about Line out source on LCD setting. I thought they useless. Why Line out source is Audio in ? I think it must be Audio out ???

Could you guide me more details? Thank you so much.
