Anonymous has said that they are responsible for a new virus that has started spreading on Facebook. According to a video posted by Anonymous and tweeted by @Anon_Central the group is claiming responsibility for the creation of the worm, dubbed the Fawkes Virus, but states that the malicious code has spread faster than they had expected.

I find it funny how you consider anonymous the "good guys." Sure, some of the things they do are good, but you have to remember where this all started: 4chan's /b/ message board. They call themselves the "Internet hate machine" for a reason.
