Identyfying which drivers to download?

Hi have a Advent which recently has a new hard drive fitted and a new Version of XP.
The person who did it for did not install the drivers for the graphics as a result I have no control over iy.
I have been into computer management no joy there then I went into msinfo32.exe and found the problem devices.

Not Available ACPI\MTC0001\4&3A9A8C3E&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
PCI Modem PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_7013&SUBSYS_86401071&REV_A0\3&61A AA01&0&16 The drivers for this device are not installed.
Video Controller (VGA Compatible) PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_6325&SUBSYS_86401071&REV_00\4&352 5EC23&0&0008 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Any Ideas please on what I should be doing to resolve these.

NB It is a Advent 7070 and the motherboard maker
System Manufacturer MEDIONNB
System Model MID2020
system Type X86-based PCProcessor x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 9 GenuineIntel ~2799 Mhz
I looked for thier site but all I could find was Medion uk and when I type in the model it was not known. I have a feeling that it a German manufcturer when I type in medionn with 2ns' comes up with german forums Help Please

it's a silicon graphics chip..i'll try and find the exact one for you tonight, but if you google this

PCI\VEN_1039&DEV_6325

you should find it
