ACER or Toshiba?

i sold my old laptop and im thinkging of buying a new laptop around for around 700-800 nothing fancy just something to have at work and school. after browsing for a while i found these two

Acer Aspire AS5043WLMi NoteBook AMD Turion 64 ML-32(1.8GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA 512MB DDR333 80GB 4200rpm DVD±R/RW ATI Radeon Xpress 200M - Retail

or

TOSHIBA Tecra A8-EZ8311 NoteBook Intel Celeron M 420(1.6GHz) 15.4" Wide XGA 512MB DDR2 533 60GB 5400rpm DVD/CD-RW Combo ATI Radeon Xpress 200M - Retail

the problem now is choosing one.

yeah i know have liked to gone with an abs or alienware but there prices are steep.

Hey I have an Acer myself, good little laptop. I have a cheapo Sempron model, works great for every thing but gaming. The only issue it has is the battery life is horrible on my model.

or i could save up for an ABS or ibuypower laptop but i would have to skip upgrading my desktop for this year.
