Welcome to DH.
Would you please post your system specs, it would help diagnose your problem. You may also want to make sure you updated your chipset drivers. If you haven't, try the Omega Drivers and see if that fixes your performance issues. |

Yes I’d tried to install Omega driver but did not go through at all so I had decided to switch back to Vista again.
It’s very weird; when I start the game it’s very slow, hard disk is very slow to load a game it takes 3 times longer then in vista I’ve tried a bunch of different drivers and still nothing, The problem is that, they (MSI) do not have official XP support for this model. I really do not know what to do, except to stay with Vista for now. :-(. |

First at all for better performace the notebook must be supplied through adapter from power line not from the battery. Second, you should install AMD Power Now Driver for XP (Vista has this driver as default). You can download this Driver from official MSI web (http://global.msi.com.tw) for MSI EX610X notebook (like I understand GX710 and EX610 have the same processors) or go at AMD web and find this driver suitable for your processor. At the end open control panel, than power option and set power schemes on Home/Office Desk!

I have a MSI EX610 notebook, and in section device manager, I have an Unknown device . Does anybody know what it might be? Where can I find a diver for that unknown device? I've installed all drivers from MSI site.
