Interesting error with FSC Pi1536 with x1400 mobility Radeon

Hi!

I bought an FSC Amilo Pi1536 laptop with an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 videocard, but it seems, that many of the new games has weird errors when I run them. One is a random texture-recoloring ingame (it occurs usually on square-formed mostly greenish-reddish or black), what usually fixed when I alt-tab out of the game, then I switch back. But it comes back soon. The other problem is way more irritating, here's a 11mb video from a mmorpg, see for yourself.

I brought the laptop to a service, but they said: "We ran our test program on the videocard and it showed no errors, so we won't replace it." But I assume the card is faulty, not the drivers. I tried the original FSC driver, the latest Omega, and the latest modded ATI driver too, no change.

Anyone can help me if it really the card, or it could be a tricky setup? Cooling was replaced in service, so no dust in there (yet)
