hp pavilion ze5700 - ati_omega_xp2k_48442 driver

Ok, this is gonna be kinda large so I'm dumpin it in a code tab after this.
Issue is a Game that did work, (Very slowly mind you) No longer works because it thinks my DirectX is outdated... I have DirectX 9.0c and thats what this game requires to play. However shortly after installing these drivers my render time for most things is faster however I can't play ANY of my games that rely on DirectX Rendering. Any Ideas? (Computer Model and driver file name in title)
I left out most of the report that has to do with Audio.
