I need some help or information.

I bought a new laptop this week, but its gaming performance is lower than I expected.

Asus X56TR
Turion RM70 (2 Ghz, Dual Core)
Memory 4 GB
HDD 320 GB
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470

I tried to run COD4 on it, but it cant run it properly. (Which it does on my desktop with slower specs: a single core 2,86 Ghz, ATI X1650 and 2gb)

I thought there was something wrong with my drivers. After installing latest Catalyst 8.10 with drivers using mobility modder. I ran Systemrequirementslab on COD4 to investigate.

Every component was a pass except for my gfx card:

Video Card
Minimum: 128MB 3d Hardware Accelerated card required-100% DirectX 9.0c compatible and latest drivers (NVIDIA GeForce 6600+ / ATI Radeon 9800 Pro+)

So is there a software problem here? How can i fix it?
