Toshiba A300 with Conexant 20561 and XP 64

Hi, I have laptop Toshiba A300-15k, it has CX20561 sound codec, I Found drivers for XP 64 but they are not working in 100%, I have sound but, when I plug in headphones, build in speakers still playing, i cannot mute them and second thing, build in microphone doesn't work, also when I plug in some other microphone to laptop it also doesn't work...

try to find the drivers for XP 32bit and install WinXP 32bit... see what happens...
