Toshiba Satellite SM Bus Controller XP issue

guys,
i have a toshiba satellite l305d-s5900 that was shipped with vista, i'm trying to get xp sp3 installed now. i am almost there, and have two items listed in device manager without drives.

sm bus controller
modem device on high definition audio bus

i've found a few threads around here relating to similar cases, but any resources that were provided were dead end links. any advice or resources you could point me to would be immensely appreciated.

Atheros AR5006RX Wireless Controller:

xp3264-7.7.0.259-whql.zip - File Shared from Box.net - Free Online File Storage

all the other drivers are the same as for the Toshiba Satellite Pro L300D-EZ1001V and you can find them here:
