Newest Driver for Ati Rs300 AGP Port GART (9100 IGP Chipset)

Hello,
i was searching for drivers for the AGP Port on a Ati 9100 IGP Chipset.

I want to use a X 1650 AGP Card on it (Vista 32-bit / Windows 7 32-bit). Right now im using a Windows XP Driver datet April 2004 with teh 9.3 Catalyst drivers for Windows XP.

Using the WDM drivers reproduces a loop in booting teh system.

Using not teh AGP Port driver produces the famous 43 device can not be startet error.

Is there anybody out there which has a newer driver than April 2004 for the
GART/AGP Port which is a bit more Vista / Windows 7 friendly?
