how to remove bios password from dell d600

I have a dell laptop d600 which i have forgotten it bios password. I have tried to open it to remove cd so that i can flash away bios memory it didnt work. Is there any one who can help me with this problem.

Send it to Dell with a copy of your receipt. That is, after you contact them and they wait for it.

There is an EEPROM chip, located under the PCMCIA slot itself, that is used to store not only the passwords, but your service tag as well. The only way to reset this chip is to short it out using either a paper clip, or a short piece of wire (this is the better choice as you can expose just the wire on each end, yet leave the rest insulated). The hard part is that the only way to get to it is to disassemble your laptop.

Unfortunately the guides I had bookmarked seem to have disappeared, but if I find something that can help I'll post it for you. Otherwise you should get into contact with Dell as Blue suggested, however don't be surprised if they want money to do this (it's not covered by their warranty).
