dv7-2170us vs N51VN-A1

Hey guys, I need advice regarding a laptop purcahse.. i've been doing a lot of research into it and have narrowed it down to two.. being the dv7-2170us and N51VN-A1. Can anyone give me advice to which of the two I should buy? The former has a better video card it seems, while the latter has a stronger processor (correct me if i'm wrong). Is the latter's processor that much stronger to be worth 200 bucks extra?

I'm going to use it mostly for school work with a bit of gaming included. Any opinions? Here's the two links btw for the laptops.
