Asus m51ta-x2 gpu 3200 + 3650

I am unable to start the 3650 only the 3200 gets recognized. so far I tried all sorts of drivers from 9.5 to 9-10 CCC. I tried disabaling and enabling 3200 and 3650 in all sorts of patterns with alsmost no results once i managed to get 3650 to start up only to find out it reseted itself somehow during one of the nights. worked with both gpus being recognized for a day or so. But now only 3200 is able to be started and 3650 gets a code 10.

any ideas?

PowerXpress only goes in power conserve mode so 3200 only won't switch to 3650.

Running windows 7 64bit.
Asus M51TA-x2

Any help would be great!

try each of the graphics card separately, then try to reinstall both of them after you've verified each one works correctly. let us know how it goes

the 3650 always fails to initialize only the 3200 is responding to all forms of drivers.

My 8600GTS was the same "basically" it was unstable and had to be replaced. Use the chance to get a new one or upgrade.

Alright, so I had the same problem for a long time! Sucky. Anyway, turns out I think it is the windows update that screws it up. I had the beta, new ati drivers didn't work, rc, didn't work, so i didn't even try with the release until a little bit ago. The 9-9 win7 beta drivers worked. I had read about other people who had their 3650 card work for a day or so on Win 7, then stop working, and I was a little worried about that. So just about an hour ago windows update popped up, minimized the game and wanted to restart the comp. I was like whatever, and restarted the game; it had stopped responding. Then it was running really slow... so I restarted like windows wanted me to and my card was code 10 again. The update was a graphics update for the 3650 and 3200 and the 3200 said that it had failed. So I solved that with a system restore and turned off auto update for windows and my card is back up and running.
