sony vaio pcg-k415b help

hello and thanks for letting me join this forum im very glad to be here.ive got a sony vaio pcg-k415b which i have formatted.im missing the ethernet driver and ive searched everywhere i would be grateful if someone could help me.

its the only driver that im missing.any help appreciated.
