Old HP Pavillion N3350 possible upgrade

I have a very old HP Pavilion N3350 that was used to connect to the Internet via modem several years ago. If possible, I would like to transition this HP to use an Ethernet cable. I realize this is a very old computer, however it will be perfect to use for a project I’m currently working on.

Afaik it doesn't come with the proper hardware integrated. If so, you'd need a pc card or an usb ethernet adapter for that purpose.

Looking at the spec here: HP Pavilion - Laptops - Shopping.com

I think you'll be pretty limited. Does it have a USB connector? If so you could try a USB to Ethernet adapter, but I'm not even sure it has USB, tho it's possible seen as it came with Win98.

It should have usb 1.0 at least and there's also the pc cards.
