New laptop

Guys i'm fixing to buy a new laptop, and wandering what would be the best processor to get between AMD and Intel..Thanks in advance..Ps. im just going to use it for everyday stuff...

Any games? What do you consider everyday stuff? Be specific.
Usually for "everyday stuff", you are better off with the cheapest solution as long as the CPU has at least two cores.
Just avoid anything with the word ATOM in it.

Then any CPU from AMD or Intel will do, just make sure it has two cores and you will be fine.

You probably want to worry more about the brand and build quality for the tasks you are listing. What is your max budget and where do you plan to buy it from?

With that info we can all say what we would buy, based on experience.
