Hellow my notebook asus x51RL , i ve seen some others x51 series prosesor

My question how to know when trying to replaces prosesor it will compatible with the chipset x1100 / x200m ?

I know the socket P is on the notebook ?

the problems is i dont know which one its handle the FSB on this board?

i mean can it handle socket P fsb 800 with this chipset or not?

cuz right now its come with dual core t2370 and when i put pc 6400 memori

some say it will underclock, well what i know this ram comes with pc 5300

and my question is this becuz the chipset trying to sync the fsb prosesor thru ram?
