Searching for a better laptop.

Can anyone recommend a good gaming laptop that won't break my bank (A.K.A. affordable)? Currently I have a HP Pavilion DV8310CA Notebook, but it's too slow to play real good games on.

If anyone can help me on this, it would be much appreciated.

Re: Searching for a better laptop.

Anything by Asus is my recommendation... something with a HD5xxx or 6xxx be it the 5570 or 5650

or if you want good power... the 57xx or better.

but those start to get quite expensive.

i recently sold an asus laptop with on of those above + an i5 with 8gb of DDR3

it roasted through modern games quite well and didn't flat out bust the guy either.
