notebook randomly shutting down

Hello,
I have a notebook, that is randomly shutting down. When it is on the battery, it works well. I tryed test like OCCT or Furmark and everything goes well. But when the notebook is on the AC power, it dont work good. OCCT test for CPU shutted it down after a few seconds in temperatures like 62 Celsius degrees. But under Furmark or OCCT GPU tests it works well. The cooling system is new, new fan, new cooling paste changed by certified repairing center. Where can be problem?

Its Toshiba Satelite A200, HD 2600, Core 2 Duo T5500, 3GB Ram

Re: notebook randomly shutting down

My guess is that cooling is still insufficient. My guess is that it works well on the battery because it automatically switches to a lower power mode (lower CPU and GPU frequency) in order to extend battery life (this can be checked in Control Panel/Power Options), whereas it works at full speed when plugged in to the AC which is causing the overheating.

Re: notebook randomly shutting down

I dont think so. everything is new. and tests proof it.

GPU tets dont shut down the computer. And on the AC power the CPU temperature reaches 69 degrees.

CPU test on battery reach 74 Celsius degrees and computer still works without problems.

CPU test on AC power reach 62 Celsius degrees and the computer shut down. The temperature is under 69 in the GPU test.

So I think that temperature isnt the problem. It seems like the CPU have problems with 100% usage.

BTW can I set computer when on the AC power, that he would be like on the battery? Power management settings in windows arent sufficient
