hp elite book 8440p web cam drivers problem

i have hp elitebook 8440p pc note book product no LF438ec#UUZ and serial no CZC1116ZP5.
I am using win 7 home basic 64 bit, i am nable to install web cam and validity fingure print drivers. I try differnet types of drivers and software but i can not able to install these hardware, For web cam there are different drivers, sp52437.exe, sp46605.exe, sp47047.exe,sp46564.exe,sp49429.exe, youcam andp meadia but no softwar or drivers work on my pc, some software when i try to install show *setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products* and some time after installation windows shows that softwarre has not been propeerly installed.A software roxio has been istalled and show a webcam software in start up manu, which show a media screen which show a three options still camra, video and audio, audio is working but not video is available. i try differnet advice and guide lines (like use window live massenger insted of yahoo massenger)but no one works for me.
i need the solution of this problem, i am sure that there is no problem with my webcam hard ware but software problem, plz tel me how can i resolve this problem.
i have latest win 7 update version.i have no revoery cd.
